Top O' The Morning

So it was once again St. Paddy's Day, and, well, there's really no one else we like to celebrate St. Paddy's Day with other than Nana as it's her all time favorite holiday.

So after a day-long celebration at school Nana came down for dinner (mom made unbelievable corn beef and cabbage) and we partied hard.

Even threw on some music o' the homeland and did some Irish dancing.

Though, in all honesty, I'm not sure what you'd call what Pax was getting into.

Top O' The Morning

So it was St. Paddy's Day last weekend and we definitely did it up. First, we went to Nana's for an Irish breakfast. This is one of Nana's favorite days of the year and not just because it's named after my Dad.

So I showed up in my festive hat that I made at school for the occasion.

And did I say Irish breakfast? That's a bit of a stretch... but there were green sprinkles on the donuts.

Then later in the day we headed over to Jake's house for some corn beef and cabbage.

And then it was story time. First I did a little reading by myself with the seat next to me vacant.

Then Jake showed up and I read his favorite Batman book to him.

And then a little later we got a little closer. Seeing as this is Jake's basement, our moms laughed about how you could fast forward 12-13 years and this would be really funny. Dad's face got quite serious and he said something about that being not "really funny" at all.
